Parking Lot Volunteers  -- We NEED You!
We've got a GREAT New Parking Lot and now we need some volunteers to help keep traffic moving smoothly AND keep our kids safe during the AM drop-off.  If you are available between the hours of 7:30am - 8:30am any day during the school week, PLEASE lend us a hand!

Contact Saira Salazar-Martinez saira@mlccharter.org for more details and to sign up.

Trash for Teaching Art
Our amazing Art Teacher Julianna Ostrovsky needs your TRASH for our "Recyclable" Art Project!!!  Things like packing material, old buttons, fabrics, string, boxes, wire, old eyeglasses, etc - any "trash" that might be used to make art.  This is another great way we can teach our children the value in Recycling in order to keep our world beautiful and GREEN.

Please bring your items to the front office, then watch as they are transformed into works of Art.

Educational Games for ESCAPE
MLC has purchased over $300 of educational games to be used in ESCAPE on inclement weather days and for after Homework Club.
We can use even more!
PLEASE donate your "gently" used (or brand spanking new) educational games for our kids to enjoy in the after school program.  We are accepting games for all age ranges.

Drop your donations off with the ESCAPE Staff in the NEW Family Center (located across the walkway from the new office).
